Founder & director

Granddaughter of studio co-founder Ada Finch. Maya guides the narrative slate and still picks up a second-unit camera whenever the schedule permits.

Director of photography

Sofia lights with practicals and patience. Her after-dark commercial work earned the studio its Riviera festival laurel in 2024.

Head of production

Daniel conducts a set the way conductors lead orchestras — quietly, and always in tempo. Permits, payroll and call sheets are his instruments.

Sound designer

From desert wind to downtown traffic, Elliot shapes the half of the film you feel instead of see — location sound, score and final mix.

Editor & colourist

June edits with a documentarian's restraint and grades with a painter's nerve. The gallery's signature warm-dusk look is hers.

Gaffer

Theo can light a warehouse with two tubes and a bedsheet. Rental-house regulars ask for him by name on night exteriors.
